我們成立於2018年初，是一家由工程師、工料測量師及技術人員組成的工程公司，同時為政府註冊電力承建商，致力融合創新科技予傳統工程。我們以香港為家、為本地至澳門提供屋宇設備的機電設計 、承建、維修及再生能源設備等綜合性工程服務。先創機電一直重視＂以技術解決問題＂的理念。我們擁有專業的工程策劃團隊，本著熱誠、敢於創新的態度、追求超越客人的期望，實現不同的中小型工程及專案。

Sintronic E&M Engineering Ltd was founded in early 2018, we are an engineering company consisting of engineers and technicians and holding the license of the government-registered electrical contractor. We are committed to integrating innovative technologies into traditional projects, providing comprehensive engineering services such as building services design, construction, maintenance, and renewable energy equipment for the local and Macao region.

What services did we provide?

Our business including design, contracting, and maintenance service in building services engineering systems such as heating, ventilation & air conditioning, electrical power supply system, fire services system, plumbing & drainage, and extra-low voltage system (CCTV, Public address & Wifi). Besides, we also provide consulting services and installation engineering for renewable energy equipment, including cost evaluation, installation planning, after-sales maintenance, especially provide the entire services for independent residential, vacant landing, and industrial buildings.

As an engineering firm, we can provide comprehensive building services engineering installation services for our clients, including initial design for cooling load calculation, electrical power evaluation, fire services protection, plumbing, and drainage system. We will meet with the client to understand what system or requirement they want to achieve. We would be helping with full planning, calculating the cost, and comply with the government specification, to give the first draft layout, construction proposal, and quotation to the client. Once clients confirmed the quotation, we will commence the engineering installation according to the quotation information to complete the project within the agreed project period.
